Submitting your personal particulars or resume
Do not send your personal particulars or resumes to any non-official or free email address ( such as name@yahoo.com or name@hotmail.com or name@rocketmail.com etc, even if it is given by a staff from HR Solutions. Send only to our official e-mail addresses as stated in our website. If you have been in communication with one of our staff and if you are advised to send your resume to the staff concerned's e-mail then your e-mail should be addressed to staffname@hrsolutions.com.my. If you are asked to forward your resume to any personal or non-official or free -email addresses (as per examples above), please notify us immediately by sending an Urgent email and attention it to our Managing Director at privacy@hrsolutions.com.my.

Username And Password
Every Member is given a unique Member number, username and password in order to prevent unauthorised access to our Members' Area. This username and password is the access key to the tools on our web site and your Member number is for you to quote when you are ordering any of our products or services or when communicating with us. Do safeguard your password, by doing the following:-

• Memorise your password and do not write it down.
  
• Do not reveal or made accessible your confidential password to anyone.
  
• It should not be disclosed even if requested to do so by any staff of HR Solutions and should you be approached by such a staff, do notify us as soon as possible.

While we endeavour with reasonable efforts to provide a relatively safe, secure and reliable Members' Area, HR Solutions does not have control over the computer that you use to access the Members' Area. Thus, do be advised of the following:

• Ensure that your computer does not provide an opportunity for anyone to gain access to your information. As an added security, HR Solutions has incorporated a feature in our Members' Area to automatically sign you off when there is no activity detected for over a period of time.
  
• Do ensure that the equipment you are using will not allow eavesdropping or recording of your activities.
  
• Always Sign Out before visiting other Internet sites.

Types of Information
You are required to provide us with details such as your name, e-mail, age, gender, company, contact information such as office phone number, home phone number, or mobile number in order to join as a Member. Registration is FREE!

Personal Information
HR Solutions collects personal information from users on a voluntary basis only. We do not sell or rent our Members' personal information, to any third party. We do not even display it without your permission. However do be aware that when you display or distribute personal details (such as your e-mail address), that information can be collected and used by others.

Sharing of Information
HR Solutions does not disclose your information to any non-relevant third party or external organisations without your prior consent. However, since one of HR Solutions' products and services is executive search and recuitment, your information may, from time to time be provided to relevant third party should your profile matches the career opportunities available.

If you do not want your information to be shared with any other entities, please write in to us or contact us via e-mail.

The only other instances when we disclose your information is:

• When it is required by law.
  
• When such disclosure is required under legislation or regulation, government agency or court order.
  
• When it is authorised by you.

HR Solutions believes that keeping your data and information accurate and updated is very important. Do assist us to keep accurate records by notifying us of any changes at your end e.g. in your name, company, title, phone number, or e-mail address.
