HR Solutions aims to serve clients towards whom we can dedicate our efforts and discipline in order to establish a long term strategic business partnership in recruitment. To do this, we only select a certain self-restricted number of clients from any one particular industry.

HR Solutions methodology has proven effective in managing a wide portfolio of jobs from diverse industries. In fact HR Solutions has imposed a self-restriction on serving only a specific number of clients in each industry in order to avoid any problem of 'cannibalising' and the risk of 're-cycling' from the same pool of candidates.

Right-FitT We strive to secure Right-FitT candidates (as opposed to 'best-fit' or 'best qualified'). Recruiting key and senior management positions is more than matching candidates with just the job descriptions. A candidate who may be the best qualified or the best fit for the job, may not necessarily mean he could fit into the client's corporate culture which would take into account many other considerations. In short the job description is just one of the many other critical facets that ought be examined to determine whether a candidate is the Right-FitT. At HR Solutions we carry out a rather in-depth study of our clients' needs and expectations through our specially designed Multi-Dimensional Assessment.

Multi-Dimensional Assessment HR Solutions go beyond looking superficially at the job requirements. We impose upon ourselves to analyse in great detail the total universe of the job requirements and the client's needs. This is where HR Solutions' Multi-Dimensional Assessment (MDA) ensures all the critical dimensions are being studied and understood and subsequently all potential candidates are in turn being thoroughly evaluated against these critical dimensions.

At HR Solutions we have specially designed processes that reduce, if not remove the risks that come with recruitment and selection. Our belief that there is a more efficient and effective way to serve you better - has resulted in our MDA. With our MDA in our recruitment and selection system, we are committed to deliver candidates who are the Right-FitT not only for the job, but just as important, for your organization. We do not believe in 'cutting corners' or taking 'short cuts' in meeting our clients' exact requirements. Neither do we merely fax sensitive resumes out of our databank. In fact we do not totally rely on our databank - we deliberately prefer to undertake the strenuous process of starting each new assignment from zero-base.

Zero-Base Research Being client-focused, our actions are centered around what your needs are. We recognize the fact that no two clients are exactly alike - hence we strive to 'tailor-make' our services in order to delight our clients. This includes, among other things, commencing our research from zero-base. Zero-base research means we assume nothing about the position's and the client's requirements. Our competent Search Consultants have been effectively trained and disciplined to scrutinise each and every aspect of the assignment and exhaustively evaluate the potential candidates according to HR Solutions's well-defined Multi-Dimensional Assessment.
