Qualification  
University degree or equivalent Proficient in Spreadsheets and MS Office Must be Japanese nationality
 
Job Experience  
Minimun 2 years related experience in the call center industry with minimum 1 year in people management. Familiar with managing budgets and analysing statistical data. Possess negotiation skills.
 
Other
