|
| Established department goals & objectives and responsible for department overall safety.
Plan, organize, integrate and review existing production lines to successfully meet current production demand, direct and continuous planning the strategy to maximize the facilities capability to meet future commitment.

| Job Responsibilities |
|
EHS COMMITMENT
·EHS Training – participate in H&S training
·Accident Reporting – actively participate in accident,
injury and illness prevention activities
·PPE Compliance – ensure compliance of established job
specific and site wide health and safety procedures and
rules
·EHS Inspection – maintain housekeeping in work area

| Qualification |
|
| Posses tertiary education preferably in the Engineering or Science discipline.
|
| |
| Job Experience |
|
| Well versed of the ISO 9000 / QS 9000 requirements.
Posses minimum 15 years’ relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be a team player with good communication, analytical and management skills
Possess leadership quality with effective and firm decision making capability.
Possess capability to lead audits (certified internal auditor or lead assessor)
Must be open minded and receptive to constructive feedback.
Well versed in the use of quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, etc
Ideally be xperienced in 6 sigma or Lean manufacturing |
