| Job Summary |
|
- The position involves the overall accountability of growing and developing the Company’s business in Malaysia (South East Asia) including strategy, operations, financials, business development and sales, engineering, fabrication and assembly, sourcing, organisation and people, including change and improvement processes and administration.

| Qualification |
|
- M.C.s and/or MBA.(both degrees, a bonus)
|

| Job Experience |
|
- Extensive leadership experience from international enterprises, preferably within the oil and gas industry (Oil and Gas Upstream / downstream or serious Oil and gas supply industry)
- In depth knowledge within one or several of the following subjects: strategy, operations, financials, business development and sales, engineering, fabrication and assembly, sourcing, organisation and people, including change and improvement processes and administration (Two or more areas, an advantage)
- Preferably experience from process plants/process equipment
- Experience from building and developing teams consisting of people with different cultural background
- Experience from various managerial positions within fabrication, business development, sales, line management and project management
- Minimum 10 -15 years leadership experience with P & L accountability
- Possess strong customer and supplier networks and relations in Malaysia and South East Asia
- Possess relations to public authorities would be an advantage
- Demonstrated track record from previous positions of achieving strong results
