Job Summary  

To achieve the goals of the business by:

  • Ensuring that all employees are able to perform their jobs according to company standards.
  • Ensuring that all new employees are trained effectively before serving guests.

    Qualification  
    Tertiary education and be familiar with the basic Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
     
    Job Experience  
    Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programmes for all levels of staff.

    • Has an affinity with people, is open and approachable, empathetic and
      culturally sensitive, confident
    • Is able to work effectively at department head level
    • Demonstrates maturity and objectivity
